Smallest Touchscreen

Earlier today I read a message on a newswebsite. The report was about a new mobilephone that contains the smallest touchscreen ever made. It was illustrated as one of the best inventions for mobilephones ever. Actually, it is not that easy to have all your applications touchable. For example, when you got a call and your phone is in your pocket, it is possible that you are already answering the call in your pocket. Therefore, sometimes the touchscreen works too fast or too slow and will stress you out. An 'okay'-function was previously most of the time a button you had to push. Now, it has become a touchfunction in a text way. The word 'okay' or an 'enter' actually does not exist anymore. More words and functions are available. That is not a shame, it is even good. But the fact that you cannot 'set' an option or function makes it more difficult for many peoply. Thus, I think the touchscreen is absolutely usefull, but not for all functions. Below, you can read the report for understanding my point.

LG introduceerde woensdag de Mini, een nieuwe touchscreentelefoon zonder knoppen op de voorkant. Volgens de elektronicafabrikant is het fraaie mobieltje de kleinste en slankste aanraaktelefoon ter wereld.
De LG Mini – die ook wel bekend staat als de LG GD880 – heeft een 3,2-inch touchscreen dat zich uitstrekt over bijna de gehele voorkant van de telefoon. Alleen boven en onder het scherm zijn smalle randjes te vinden. Knoppen zitten hier echter niet op: de gehele voorkant van het designtelefoontje is knopvrij.
